Still Point Massage - Relax and Renew
Lomi Lomi Massage

This type of massage is usually characterized by long, flowing massage strokes that are gentle yet firm.  Many times, two therapists will work on the client in  rhythmic, dance-like motions to create an immensely relaxing session.  This massage is recommended for anyone who loves massage, has tension, stress, anxiety.

Lomi lomi  is a traditional Polynesian healing work. According to Huna.org,  Lomi Lomi means "massage therapist" or "healing massage" and refers to a technique based on the Hawaiian philosophy of "huna," and how it relates to our bodies. Huna has come to define a broad and complex set of beliefs that encompass philosophy, teachings, bodywork practices such as massage, and energy flow. The goal is to find harmony in every aspect of our lives.
Similarly, Hawaiian lomi lomi massage or "Loving Hands" massage defies easy definition, because the  therapy is, according to most practitioners, such an instinctive, free-form technique.

Restorative Massage
utilizes knowledge and techniques that have been around for centuries. Consider these modalities if you experience chronic shoulder, neck or back pain, restricted range of motion in joints, soreness in joints, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ dysfunction or other conditions resulting from repetitive stress.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue
This treatment involves specialized, focused techniques that reach deep muscle layers, and address points of attachment as well as the belly of the muscles. These techniques tend to be slow and coordinated with deep breathing.  The focus of this treatment is to relieve pain and to increase range of motion.

Foot Rescue!
Begin with a sugar foot scrub to exfoliate your tired feet.  Then, receive a bath of grapeseed and essential oils to moisturize your tender toes and feet while your therapist uses a combination of deeply relaxing techniques that  make your feet feel like you're walking on a cloud.

Reflexology

A treat for your feet with whole-body benefits. Reflex points on the feet are stimulated. These points correlate to the individual organs and parts of the body, and activating these reflexes helps improve circulation and promote relaxation.
